I liked its professional and excellent employees.
The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a really quiet area, near very good restaurants in and the center of the town and the centre. The a double room was clean, it included central heating, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers. The location was good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go👍

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence! The vintage decoration made me feel like I was in a cozy little cocoon, and the comfortable and clean rooms were a delight. The attention to detail in the furniture and bathroom decor was amazing. And let me tell you about the breakfast – it was like stepping into my grandmother's kitchen with the most delicious spread of food. The quality was absolutely top-notch! Thank you Irene for providing such a lovely experience!
No complaints at all, everything was just perfect!

We loved absolutely everything from the moment we stepped in to the last goodbye with the absolutely lovely owner Irene. The villa is gently restored with respect to its historical details. The blue room was spacious, calm, and had a wonderful bathroom. Irene took impeccable care of us and even lent us a special mosquito repeller for the night. The location is calm, safe and local, and though it's a bit of a stroll to the busy center, it's well worth it. The breakfast was great, and Irene went out of her way to prepare lactose free options for me without any trouble. The breakfast room is cozy and has direct access to the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your coffee before exploring the beautiful town.
Felt truly looked after, nothing to complain about.

the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, but easy access to public transportation makes up for it.

Liked the vintage decoration and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the fact that lactose-free options were available. The location was peaceful and easily accessible by public transportation or a 30-minute walk to the city center. One of the best aspects was the comfortable and clean rooms, which were regularly cleaned during our stay.
Disliked the lack of nearby shops and restaurants, but it was not a significant issue as the city center was not far away. Another negative aspect was the presence of mosquitoes during the first night, but the staff provided us with a solution that worked for the rest of our stay.

I absolutely adored staying at this hotel. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that every corner had been thoughtfully decorated with an old-school type of beauty. The little backyard garden was a lovely touch, with its friendly turtle adding a unique charm. Secondly, the service provided by Irene, the hostess, was outstanding. She was easily accessible and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even recommending a fantastic local pasta restaurant. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, simplistic, and kept spotlessly clean, including the toilet. It was evident that the hotel took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout.
Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.
